On 23 July 2010, World Net Daily reported that, according to "Arab security sources", Mossad boss Meir Dagan recently made a secret visit to Saudi Arabia to discuss Iran. (Arab countries working with Israel on Iranian nuke threat)

In 2009, it was reported that Dagan met Saudi spy chiefs to get assurances that Saudi Arabia would turn a blind eye to Israeli jets using Saudi airspace during any raid on Iran's nuclear plans. (Saudis give nod to Israeli raid on Iran - Times Online)

According to World Net Daily, on 23 July 2010, "In recent weeks, Internet rumors claimed Israel dropped off military equipment in Saudi Arabia.

"Some unsubstantiated reports even claimed Israel was building a secret military base in Saudi Arabia for use in a future conflict with Iran." (Arab countries working with Israel on Iranian nuke threat)

According to the Jordan Times, 26 June 2010, Egypt recently allowed one Israeli and eleven U.S. ships to pass through the Suez Canal on their way to the Red Sea. (Israel's Insane War on Iran Must Be Prevented)

The ships "conducting secret exercises off the shore of south-western Israel."

The exercises included "interception of incoming Iranian, Syrian and Hizbollah missiles and rockets against USA and Israeli targets in the Middle East."

The exercises involved fighter bombers carrying out simulated bombing missions, and Israeli and U.S. fighter jets practicing long-range bombing missions.

On 6 July 2010, the UAE Ambassador to the USA supported a military attack on Iran.

According to the Washington Times, Ambassador Yousef al-Otaiba said: "We cannot live with a nuclear Iran."

On 15 July 2010, in TIME magazine, (time.com l), Joe Klein wrote that " intelligence sources say that the U.S. Army’s Central Command … has made some real progress in planning targeted air strikes – aided, in large part, by the vastly improved human-intelligence operations in the region." According to the Wall Street Journal, "Cooperation among Iran, al Qaeda and other Sunni extremist groups is more extensive than previously known to the public, according to details buried in the tens of thousands of military intelligence documents released by an independent group Sunday.

"U.S. officials and Middle East analysts said some of the most explosive information contained in the WikiLeaks documents detail Iran’s alleged ties to the Taliban and al Qaeda, and the facilitating role Tehran may have played in providing arms from sources as varied as North Korea and Algeria."
