POLITICIANS AND DRUGS; PURCELL AND THE ICEMAN

Labour's Purcell

Gay Roman Catholic Steven Purcell, a key figure in Gordon Brown's Labour party, took cocaine with a dealer he met in The Boundary bar, an alleged gangland pub in Yoker, Glasgow.

(The Scottish National Party is playing the 'Purcell card'.)

The pub is run by Kelly Bryce.

Kelly's brother Jamie makes regular jail visits to crimelord Jamie "The Iceman" Stevenson (Stabbing victim's feud.)

Stevenson has been a suspect in three gangland murders and is regarded as one of the most cunning and ruthless crooks ever to rule Scotland's underworld. (Notorious Scots gangster Jamie 'The Iceman' Stevenson.)

Kelly's family has links to violence and drugs.

In 2009, Kelly's brother Jamie Bryce was part of a 'gang' convicted of an assault at Glasgow's Byblos nightclub.

Jamie Bryce and millionaire boxing tycoon Barry Hughes were convicted of assaulting Christopher Boyle with a metal pole. (Former council chief Steven Purcell's cocaine party with dealers)

Boyle was punched, kicked and stamped on before being hit with a metal pole and stabbed.

Boyle suffered suffered cuts up to 10 inches long to his face and stomach. (Tycoon who attacked man with metal pole avoids jail - Herald ...)

Barry Hughes and Jamie Bryce were told to carry out 150 hours of community service for their part in the attack.

Boyle is a friend of convicted bank robber Ian "Blink" McDonald and killer Tony McGurn, jailed for stabbing a nightclub steward to death in 1991. (Stabbing victim's feud with boxing promoter Barry Hughes - The ...)

Labour is the party of war, poverty and corruption?

Jamie Bryce lives in a penthouse and drives a £100,000 Mercedes. (Former council chief Steven Purcell's cocaine party with dealers)

Jamie Bryce is a regular visitor to Scotland's biggest drug dealer, Jamie "The Iceman" Stevenson, in jail. (Stabbing victim's feud with boxing promoter Barry Hughes - The ...)

Kelly's father, James Bryce, is a convicted major drugs dealer.

In 2009, Assistant Chief Constable Johnny Gwynne and Detective Chief Superintendent Allan Moffat told Purcell that a dealer claimed to have mobile phone footage of Purcell snorting cocaine.

Reportedly, Purcell, "invited two dealers into his flat for a party." (Former council chief Steven Purcell's cocaine party with dealers ...)

Steven Purcell was once thought of as a future leader of the Scottish Labour party.

On 5 March 2010, Purcell fled from Scotland to Australia. This was just hours after his teenage friend, Danus McKinlay, was found dying outside the City Chambers building.

Purcell's ex-wife, Katrina Murray, is the Labour candidate in Dundee East. (General Election 2010: The seats where battle will be lost and won ...)

Labour's John Reid

A number of top Labour party people have links to drugs.

John Reid was UK Home Secretary and UK Defence Secretary.

Cannabis was found at John Reid's home

According to Dean Nelson, editor Scottish edition of the Sunday Times, John Reid "is part of the Lanarkshire West Coast Labour mafia.

"It's not about... making life better for the working class.

"It's about looking after yourself and your mates and not being accountable to anyone." - Dean Nelson, editor Scottish edition of the Sunday Times.

During the 1990s Bosnian War, John Reid became friends with indicted war-criminal Radovan Karadzic. Reid has admitted that he spent three days at a luxury Geneva lakeside hotel as a guest of Karadzic in 1993. (http://www.guardian.co.uk/l)

John Reid's son Mark is married to the daughter of Ronnie Campbell who reportedly has links to crime.

According to the Sunday Mail, 9/4/2005 (Sunday Mail (Glasgow, Scotland): Fugitive and the minister ...):

"GRIM-FACED Defence Secretary John Reid shared centre stage at his son's wedding yesterday - with a villain wanted by police.

"Tony Blair's most trusted minister and fugitive Ronnie Campbell - the father of the bride - stood side by side on the steps of Westminster Cathedral.

"The Sunday Mail can reveal a warrant was issued for the arrest of Campbell, 47, on Monday after a violent incident involving a woman.

"Campbell, who sported a gold cravat and kilt, was the target of a recent gangland hit."

Labour's Jack McConnell

Jack McConnell was Scotland's First Minister and part of Blair's Labour Party.

Jack McConnell's wife, Bridget, is head of the Culture and Leisure Department of Scotland’s biggest local authority.

Reportedly, Jack McConnell's wife's department, and Jack McConnell's party organisation in Glasgow, gave Eddie Lyons, an alleged 'gangster', £1.4m in public funds over 10 years to run a community centre used by children.

Local people asked that Eddie Lyons be sacked as co-ordinator of Chirnsyde Community Initiative in Milton, north Glasgow.

Reportedly the Lyons’s family was involved in a 'war' with another group of alleged 'gangsters'.

At least 11 people have been shot since 2003 as a result of this 'war'.

In December 2006, the community centre was closed when Lyons’s nephew Michael was shot dead and his son Stephen and another man were critically injured.

In 2001 Eddie Lyons, his sons Stephen and Eddie junior, his brother Johnny and a friend called Paul McGuiness were charged with the attempted murder of Thomas McDonnell, who was attacked outside the community centre.

£63,000 was confiscated from Eddie Lyons’s home by police investigating alleged drug dealing.

In 2003, local parents were complaining that the council was forcing them to send their children to after-school fitness classes at Chirnsyde.

Local people 'watched the local hood handed taxpayers money, and official endorsement from Scotland’s first lady'. (Joan McAlpine: This is a nasty stink you cannot just ignore, Jack)

'Drug baron Justin McAlroy was gunned down on his driveway in Glasgow's Cambuslang only six days after wining and dining Labour VIPs Jack McConnell and John Reid at a dinner to raise funds for the party in 2002.' (New evidence casts shadow of doubt over conviction in notorious ...)

The following is taken from: http://www.wsws.org/news/1998/sep1998/scot-s17.shtml

"The Labour Party in Scotland has had an effective majority for decades through its control of the local authorities.

"During this time it has spawned a distinct social layer who control billions of pounds in revenue, awarding building and planning contracts, administering services...

"The Scotsman newspaper ran several articles on Ferguslie Park Community Business Holdings (FCBH), in Paisley.

"This scheme, established in the 1980s in the working class area of Ferguslie Park, was supposedly aimed at building 'community' businesses as a means of tackling unemployment.

"The Scotsman reported that at least part of the FCBH ...had fallen under the control of Paisley's drug gangs and was being used to launder money.

"Glasgow's Lord Provost, Patrick Lally, only recently successfully prevented Labour's attempt to expel him from office following allegations of corruption.

"Also in Glasgow, millionaire Labour MP, Mohammed Sarwar, has been suspended and faces legal action for allegedly attempting to bribe political opponents."

Moira Anderson.

11-year-old Moira Anderson was last seen boarding a bus in Coatbridge, near Glasgow, Scotland, in 1957.

She was on her way to the shops to buy a box of chocolates for her mum’s birthday.

According to The Sunday Times (Pressure on police to release paedophile dossier), 23 April 2006, Strathclyde Police have a dossier listing members of a child-abuse ring.

This dossier may identify the people who kidnapped Moira.

The dossier is said to implicate senior public figures, including senior police officers and members of the Crown Office and former Scottish Office.

These public figures are said to have abused children in Strathclyde (the Glasgow area) during the 1950s and 1960s.

The dossier is said to list vehicles and safe houses used in Glasgow, Monklands and Paisley where children were hidden before being taken to sex parties.

Strathclyde police have decided not to release the dossier.

The dossier was written by James Gallogley, a convicted child-abuser who died in Peterhead prison in 1999.

Hotel Fontainebleau, Miami Beach. Photo by Jim Rees.

It was at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami that Mafia leader Momo Salvatore Giancana suggested that a Cuban should murder Castro.

Fontainebleau marketing director Paul Pebley has said that mob ties and CIA intrigue are part of the lively history of the hotel. (CIA Family Jewels)

THE UK LABOUR PARTY'S STEVEN PURCELL has had his name linked to COCAINE GANGSTERS

Steven Purcell, reportedly, spent 31 December 2009, at Miami's five-star Fontainebleau hotel. (The strange and sudden fall of Labour's rising star)

On 14 March 2010, Scotland on Sunday reveals that that an 'arms-length council company' set up by Purcell 'lavished money on six-figure salaries for senior employees and on fundraising for Labour party coffers'. (Inquiry call over 'secrets' of Purcell)

Scotland on Sunday refers to Purcell's relationship with a network of councillors, businessmen and public sector bosses, with connections to the Labour party.

One of Purcell's initiatives is a council body called 'City Building'.

Its wage bill for senior employees doubled in just two years.

Reportedly, some of those who benefited were pals of Purcell.

City Building spent thousands of pounds on hospitality.

When Labour ran the Edinburgh government, the Justice Minister was Labour's Cathy Jamieson.

Cathy Jamieson was Scotland's justice minister, under a former Labour administration.

According to the Scotsman (scotsman.com/5):

"Scotland's justice minister Cathy Jamieson strongly denied helping a relative evade the law.

"While the Labour MSP transferred £100 to the bank account of nephew Derek Hyslop - who was on the run from police at the time - in July 1999, she has stated that she had no idea he was wanted by police.

"Hyslop, a drug addict who had just killed a woman in a robbery in Derby, was later jailed for manslaughter. Jamieson said the money was meant for her nephew’s baby."

Allegedly, the Labour Party in parts of Scotland is linked to gangsterism.

According to annaraccoon.com/ (Gordon Brown, Steven Purcell, & Glasgow Politics.):

"Irene Adams (Labour) MP for Paisley North piped up that her constituency committee had been infiltrated by drug dealers and gangster.

"She went on the record to name drug dealer and enforcer Stewart Boyd as the source of death threats she received whilst campaigning against drug dealing.

"Boyd was killed in an inexplicable car accident on the Marbella coast road, so ferocious that it led police to believe that Semtex had been present in one of the cars.

"The first time that Southerners really registered the goings-on in Glasgow was when Mohammed Sarwar became the first Muslim MP in the UK, standing for Glasgow Govan.

"His election was quickly followed by allegations of vote rigging and bribes...

"He is not standing in the 2010 election, but guess what? – his son Anas has been nominated as the prospective parliamentary candidate.

"That is Anas, not Athif, his other son who has recently been convicted of £850,000 worth of money laundering….

"It was not only the drug mafia and the crime mafia that we were protected from news of but the gay mafia too.

"We were told that the suicide of Gordon McMaster MP was ‘not suspicious’ and may have been because he was suffering from Gulf War Syndrome."
