SAIFUL, BINYAM AND A NUMPTY

Saiful (pinkturtle2.wordpress.com/2008/07/30/3283/)

1. In Malaysia, the Anwar Ibrahim sodomy trial began on 3 February 2010, with Anwar's former aide Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan giving details of 'a sexual encounter'. (Saiful recounts sexual encounter at condo)

"Saiful said he handed some documents to Anwar, who was seated at the dinner table, and they then discussed work matters.

"After a while, Anwar asked him: 'Can I **** you today?'

"Saiful said he was 'angry and afraid' and rejected the invitation. He said Anwar then angrily asked him 'why?'

"Saiful said he repeated the words that he was not willing to do it.

"He said he was, however, instructed to go to the master bedroom.

"When Solicitor-General II Datuk Mohd Yusof Zainal Abiden asked Saiful who went first, he said he did.

"He said after that Anwar followed and drew the curtains in the room, before switching off the lights.

"'He instructed me to clean up in the washroom,' said Saiful, who did as instructed before reappearing in a towel.

"He said when he re-entered the room, he saw Anwar sitting on a corner of the bed.

"'Anwar was in a white towel. He instructed me to go to him. And then he hugged me while I was standing,' he said.

"At this point, defence counsel Karpal Singh applied for the rest of Saiful's testimony to be heard in camera."

Anwar

2. On 10 February 2010, Malaysian opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim's sodomy trial was suspended for a week, pending a decision whether the judge should step down because of defense claims that he is biased.

"The ruling on High Court Judge Mohamad Zabidin Diah's alleged bias will be made by the judge himself.

"He said he will announce on Feb. 18 whether he would exit the case if he feels he is biased against Anwar in the politically explosive case." (Malaysia: Anwar sodomy judge mulls stepping down )

Binyam Mohamed is a British resident.

3. On 21 July 2002, Binyam was rendered to Morocco on a CIA plane.

He was tortured by having his penis cut with a scalpel.

In 2004, Binyam was transferred to the CIA's secret ‘Dark Prison’ in Afghanistan.

Speaking of his time in the ‘Dark Prison’, Binyam said: "It was pitch black, no lights on in the rooms for most of the time.

"They hung me up for two days.

"My legs had swollen. My wrists and hands had gone numb.

"There was loud music, Slim Shady [by Eminem] and Dr. Dre for 20 days. Then they changed the sounds to horrible ghost laughter and Halloween sounds.

"At one point, I was chained to the rails for a fortnight.

"The CIA worked on people, including me, day and night.

"Plenty lost their minds. I could hear people knocking their heads against the walls and the doors, screaming their heads off."

Reportedly, the CIA and its friends pretended there was a plot to buy uranium in Asia, bring it to the US and build a 'dirty bomb'. (aangirfan: Binyam Mohamed tortured - to turn him into a patsy?)

David Neuberger

4. Lord Neuberger is Jewish.

David Neuberger once worked for N.M. Rothschild.

He is the second most senior judge in England and Wales

In the UK, he is the top man in the 'Civil Division of the Court of Appeal'

In a court case in the UK, Lord Neuberger decided "to delete damning references to MI5's 'culture' of suppressing evidence."

On 10 February 2010, The Guardian reports that an appeal judge watered down his ruling in the Binyam Mohamed torture case

According to The Guardian: "The government launched a successful last-minute bid to persuade the court of appeal to erase the most damning details of MI5's complicity in torture from its decision in the Binyam Mohamed case – but has been unable to suppress a letter that details some of the contents of the original draft ruling."

The letter shows "the judges originally ruled that MI5 officers had 'deliberately misled' the Intelligence and Security Committee, the body of MPs and peers supposed to oversee its work, on the question of coercive interrogations, and that this 'culture of suppression' reflected its dealings with the committee, the foreign secretary and the court."

The letter "makes clear that the court ruled MI5's culture of suppression 'penetrates the service to such a degree' that it undermines any government assurance based upon information that comes from MI5 itself."

Mohammed Atif Siddique

5. The Daily Record, on 10 February 2010, tells us about the Scot freed after his terror sentence was quashed.

Mohammed Atif Siddique, 24, was convicted of being a terrorist, but he has now been freed, after an appeal.

He insisted: "I'm hardly a terrorist. I'm more of a numpty!

"I admit to being a stupid loudmouth but I never planned to hurt, let alone kill anyone anywhere.

"I was nothing more than a daft boy.

"At the time, I was interested in what was happening in the Middle East, and I accessed a lot of information from the internet.

"The stuff I had in my possession was freely and easily available.

"It was said in court that I was a 'wannabe suicide bomber'. That shocked me to the core because I also said I'd met Osama bin Laden - and nobody seriously believed that unless he was hiding out in the Ochil Hills!

"If I was al-Qaeda, how come I stayed at home for seven days after the police arrested me? I used to go to the police station to ask for my laptop back.

"I could not understand why I had been prosecuted. I was naive, and I did not understand the consequences of downloading from the internet.

"I didn't realise that it was wrong - controversial, yes, but not illegal. It wasn't as if it was comparable to child pornography."
