"We raided a flat Saturday evening in Mahoba bazaar and arrested four people who were accepting bets on the World Cup match between Australia and Sri Lanka" said by Raipur Additional Superintendent of Police Ajatshatru Bahadur on Sunday. He futher added that the crime branch sleuths arrested the four namely Ramesh, Jitendra, Lawesh and Vidhan.
"There are enough documents and electronic items such as recorders that were seized that show that they had collected a whopping sum of INR 100 million as bets from various parts of the country" he mentioned.
