At freerepublic, Alexandra Cohen, a member of the Belgian Parliament, wrote Pink Ballets & Protected Pornographers.
Among the points made:
In march 1997, the body of nine-year old Loubna was found in Belgium.
In 1992, she had been kidnapped by Patrick Derochette and then sexually abused, tortured, and murdered.
Derochette had previously raped four boys and had spent seven weeks in prison for these crimes.
Derochette knew Michel Nihoul, who knew Marc Dutroux.
There were many other such victims, both girls and boys.
In 1989, Marc Dutroux had been sentenced to a 13-year prison term for the rape of five children.
Thanks to an amnesty granted by the King of Belgium he was released in 1992.
Marc Dutroux was given generous welfare benefits of $2,700 per month.
Part of this money was used by Dutroux to build cells in some of the eight houses he owned.
The cells were to be used to imprison young children.
One of the 'friends' of Dutroux informed the police in 1993.
At first, the police took no action.
Eventually they were forced to act.
In 1996, two girls, Sabine and Laetitia, were rescued from the Dutroux dungeons.
Shortly afterwards, the police arrested Michel Nihoul, who was reportedly involved in organising child-sex orgies for top people in the army, the police, the judiciary, politics and the media.
These sex orgies were called 'Pink Ballets'.
The names of the present Belgian King, Albert, was mentioned in connection with the ballets.
The Belgian authorities found a letter form a satanic high priest to Bernard Weinstein, one of Dutroux’s two accomplices in the kidnapping of children.
The letter asked for a 'delivery' in order to be able to perform the rituals of Walpurgis Night.
The delivery is believed to refer to young children needed as sacrifices in a black mass.
Some of the police officers questioned by a Parliamentary Commission confirmed that there have indeed been 'Pink Ballets.'
In the early and mid 1980s, the 'Brabant Killers' killed 29 people in Brabant, the province surrounding the Belgian capital of Brussels.
The police investigation into the Brabant Killers got nowhere. Officers who were making progress in the case were taken off it, and evidence disappeared from the files.
A list of people who allegedly took part in the 'Pink Ballets' also went missing from police files.
One theory is that the Brabant killers murdered witnesses of the 'Pink Ballets'
It was revealed that the second-highest politician in the country, Vice Premier Elio Di Rupo, is a promiscuous homosexual with a preference for adolescent boys.
Di Rupo, a prominent leader of the Belgian Socialist Party, did not deny that his sex life consists of a series of one-night stands with young men, often prostitutes that he or his chauffeur pick up from the streets.
Di Rupo got away with it when his Socialist Party threatened to bring down the government if Di Rupo was forced to resign. The Christian Democrats of Premier Jean-Luc Dehaene gave in.

Muriel Degauque - links to Gladio and Dutroux?
Let us look at Belgium and terrorism.
From NATO, Gladio and the strategy of tension. N.A.T.O stay behind.
In Belgium, in 1984 a bizarre operation occurred around Vielsalm in the Ardennes region.
A squad of US Marines were parachuted into Belgium, and met by a member of the Belgian military intelligence.
They hid for a fortnight before attacking the police station of Vielsalm, in a so-called Oesling exercise, killing a Belgian officer. One marine was injured during the operation, losing an eye.
Initially the attack was passed off as terrorism, but was later proven to be the work of the American and Belgian military - as confirmed by the Senate investigations of 1991.
Other attacks occured, where, as was the case in Vielsalm, arms and ammunition were taken. Arms that found their way subsequently to extremist groups.
One central question in the Belgian Senate investigation into the stay-behind network was whether it had been involved in the so-called Brabant Massacres of the 1980s.
These were a group of attacks that occured in the area around Brussels called Brabant over a period of two years. Jewellers, restaurants, and in a number of cases supermarkets were attacked by a gang of heavily armed and ruthless men.
In all the attacks very small amounts of money were taken, while "at the same time massive brutality and professionalism was employed" [NATO's Secret Armies pg 139].
For example, on November 9th 1985 on a busy Saturday, three armed hooded men entered a supermarket and started shooting. Eight people were killed, some while trying to escape.
The money taken from the raid amounted to a couple of thousand pounds, and was found dumped in a canal in an unopened sack...
An official report published on the Brabant Massacres in 1990, before the discovery of the secret army network, had concluded that the killers had official links:
“According to the report, the killers were members or former members of the security forces – extreme right-wingers who enjoyed high-level protection and were preparing a right-wing coup” [NATO’s Secret Armies, pg 145]
Muriel Degauque, the Belgian woman who allegedly died in Baghdad at the age of 38, grew up near the Belgian factory town of Charleroi.
Marc Dutroux, who allegedly had links to the security services, owned properties in Charleroi.
The story of Muriel Degauque's alleged death varies according to which sources are examined. Some newspapers get her name wrong and call her Dalgaugue.
US military sources reported that Degauque died during an attack on US soldiers, none of whom were killed. (Family of Belgian suicide bomber raided)
A spokesman for the Belgian police's terrorism investigation team confirmed to CNN that Muriel Degauque, identified and pictured by Le Derniere Heure newspaper, was believed to be the suicide bomber who targeted an American patrol on November 9th. (Editors Weblog - Print Journalism)
Other reports claim that she died during an attack on an Iraqi police patrol. (http://www.guardian.co.uk/Iraq/Story/0,2763,1656041,00.html)
"Muriel Degauque's life came to an end just over three weeks ago on a roadside in Baquba, north of Baghdad, when she blew herself up in an attack on an Iraqi police patrol on November 9. Five policemen were killed outright and a sixth officer and four civilians were seriously injured."
According to The Guardian the security services examined her body and "uncovered a treasure trove of documents which eventually led Belgian police to knock on her parents' front door at 6.00am on Wednesday.
Her passport, which featured a striking image of a European woman, told the security forces that insurgents in Iraq had succeeded in recruiting a new type of suicide bomber.
Travel papers showed that Muriel and her husband had travelled from Belgium to Iraq overland by car from Turkey." (http://www.guardian.co.uk/Iraq/Story/0,2763,1656041,00.html)
It is strange that she should leave behind documents for the authorities to examine. Would an explosion have destroyed her passport?
Her parents were told nothing for three weeks. (http://www.guardian.co.uk/Iraq/Story/0,2763,1656041,00.html)
Degauque married Issam Goris, who was born in Belgium to Moroccan parents, and followed him to Morocco.
“They told us that they had a house in Morocco and some horses, and a Mercedes and three motorbikes..." said Degauque's mother. (http://www.iimcr.org/index.cfm?pageID=2&articleID=1438)
According to an article in The Sunday Times: Neighbours of Muriel’s parents rarely saw the young couple, but were taken aback when they did: on a couple of occasions they arrived at the family home in a luxurious white Mercedes. (http://www.timesonline.co.uk/article/0,,2092-1902761,00.html)
In Morocco, the sort of people who drive Mercedes are usually connected to the right-wing military and the police. The majority of the population live in poverty.
Deguaque had a classic profile for recruitment by the security services as a 'patsy'. "She had a drug problem when she was younger, she had no real job, and was not very close to her family."
As a child, Degauque used to run away from home. She became estranged from her family. (http://www.guardian.co.uk/Iraq/Story/0,2763,1656041,00.html)
DUTROUX
In 1979 Dutroux was convicted of drug dealing. In 1986 Dutroux was convicted of sexual crimes involving teenage girls. In 1983, Muriel Degauque would have been in her mid teens.
There is no evidence that Degauque had any links to Dutroux.
However, it is interesting that as an adolescent, Degauque frequently ran away from home. “One time I had to go 170km to get her back from the Ardennes,” M Degauque said. (http://www.iimcr.org/index.cfm?pageID=2&articleID=1438).
Child abuse is not unknown in the Ardennes.
From The Times, 1 Febuary 2002 'Shamed by the Marc Dutroux paedophilia scandal, Belgium watched aghast yesterday as another lurid child sex trial opened on its territory.
Nineteen people living in or near the picturesque Ardennes village of Sainte-Ode appeared in the dock, charged with having sex with a 12-year-old girl and other minors.'
Celine Saison, 18, and Manyana Thumpong, 13, are among those who have disappeared in the French Ardennes and whose bodies were later found in unmarked graves.
~~
What do we learn from the story of Dutroux and Charleroi? We know that young girls disappeared from the Charleroi area and that the authorities could not be trusted. There was a lot of child abuse. There have been allegations that the security services were using young girls in order to control certain top people linked to NATO.
Michel Nihoul allegedly organised orgies in a Belgian chateau - orgies allegedly attended by a former European commissioner, judges, senior politicians, lawyers and policemen. Nihoul was reportedly one of the accomplices of Marc Dutroux.
Regina Louf testified to the authorities about orgies at which she allegedly saw children tortured and murdered.
Guy Poncelet is a judge. His son, a police officer, was mysteriously shot dead. This son had been investigating a case involving Dutroux.
Judge Connerotte was the judge who caught Dutroux.
The authorities removed Connerotte from the case.
De Baets was the official in charge of investigating Regina louf. The authorities removed him from the case.
In 1991, Belgium's former deputy prime minister, Andre Cools, announced that he was about to make some revelations about the mafia and their links to some of the most important people in Liege.
Cools was shot dead. Before he could speak out.
After Dutroux's arrest in 1996, arrests were made in the Cool's case. One of those arrested was Alain Van der Biest, a Socialist Minister, alleged to have close links with the mafia gangs of Liege.
Belgian TV came up with an anonymous witness who claimed that leading Socialist politician, Guy Mathot, had ordered Cools to be killed.
In 1994 Mathot was charged with corruption over kickbacks paid to Belgium's Socialist parties.
Willy Claes was NATO Secretary General and a Belgian. He was caught up in the Mathot kickbacks business and was forced to resign.
Who is Melchior Wathelet? It was top judge Wathelet who released Dutroux from prison in 1991. Wathelet was Belgium's judge at the European Court of Justice. Wathelet was Belgium's Justice Minister at the time when Cools was shot dead. Cools' son called for Wathelet and other top judges to be removed from office. In 1996 there were suggestions that the gangs involved in the Cools' killing had been involved with Dutroux.

From Kurt Nimmo's site, 1 December 2005, (http://kurtnimmo.com/?p=146)
Jonathan Allen, a public relations mouthpiece for the British government, was unable to restrain his sarcasm when talking about civil liberties. “The liberals who are holding things up need to ask themselves if they want the right to civil liberties or the right not to be blown up on the way to work,” said Allen...
In short, according to Allen and the Brit government, the British people have but two choices—either they surrender their civil liberties or fall victim to evil terrorists. It’s so simple—and very Manichean. Never mind that the alleged “mastermind” behind the London bombings, Haroon Rashid Aswat, is a British intelligence asset...
Degauque’s face is plastered all over the web, as she is the new frightening visage of terror—pretty white girls seduced by al-Qaeda “bad guys” bent on destroying infidels. It wasn’t so long ago we were told about a new phenomenon—formerly passive Middle Eastern Muslim women acting as suicide bombers—now we have to worry about the girl next door blowing herself and the entire block up.
Of course, the only solution is to surrender your civil liberties—and pronto.
Degauque may also be considered a poster girl for “an EU-style Central Intelligence Agency,” roundly rejected by effete soft-on-Osama wimps in Germany and France. “Many Europeans are wary of the U.S. approach to fighting terrorism, which they argue flouts human rights and condones torture.”
A few more pretty girl-next-door suicide bombers will change their minds, or maybe a couple more bombings like those in Madrid and London, never mind the police were involved in the former and there are more inconsistencies in the latter than you can shake a stick at.
Don’t bother yourself with the fact “Al Qaeda exists as an organized body only where the intelligence services have created, funded and employed it,” as former Justice Department prosecutor and terror expert, John Loftus, remarked after Haroon Rashid Aswat was pegged as an MI6 asset.
Instead, concentrate on the Belgian woman Muriel Degauque and recoil in horror at the prospect.
Next up: school kids with Semtex in their backpacks.

Extracts from an article in The Sunday Times by Nicola Smith, 4 December 2005.
Her school friends and neighbours remember her as ‘a good little girl’...
On the quiet streets of Charleroi, a bleak industrial city in southern Belgium, residents are in a state of shock. Just as the city was starting to recover from playing unwitting host to the crimes of the child murderer Marc Dutroux, it woke on Thursday to news of another horror.
Muriel Degauque, a pretty blonde 38-year-old brought up in a modest redbrick house in the shadows of the coal tip... Her parents, a crane driver and hospital secretary, had known nothing of her violent mission...
According to conflicting reports, she either killed six people or succeeded merely in blowing up herself...
Serge Beghin, a local councillor, knew her well as a child. Muriel had celebrated her first communion with his sister and he had been in her brother’s class at school. “She was just like all the other girls, dreaming I suppose about becoming a teacher or a nurse,” he said.
In fact, the general consensus in Charleroi was of a “lovely, good little girl” who adored to play in the snow.
By the time she had left school at 16, Muriel was... often running away from home, one time disappearing to the hilly Ardennes region 100 miles away without her parents’ knowledge. One neighbour recalled how she had found Degauque sleeping on the doorstep of the local community centre, having spent the night out in the open.
1989... Jean-Paul Degauque died on his 24th birthday when a car crashed into him after running past a stop sign.
Muriel was very close to her “charming” brother, who was the first-born and adored by their parents and everyone who knew them...
She worked for a short while in a bakery, where she was remembered mostly for her frequent absences...
Her childhood friends seemed to lose track of her when, in her early twenties, she moved to Brussels. She married a Belgian man of Turkish origin but later divorced him.
She converted to Islam four years ago when she struck up a new relationship with an Algerian man.
She married Moroccan-born Issam Goris, seven years her junior. She changed her name to Myriam and her parents began to worry ...fearing she had been brainwashed.
...Neighbours of Muriel’s parents rarely saw the young couple, but were taken aback when they did: on a couple of occasions they arrived at the family home in a luxurious white Mercedes.
“I had to ask myself where they got the money from,” says Christiane Calwaerts, the next-door neighbour. The last time the Mercedes was seen on the street was in August, shortly before Muriel headed to the Middle East with her husband.
The couple gave no indication to Muriel’s family that they would not be returning...
Their landlord believed they were heading to Kenya. A local cafe owner said Goris had “said goodbye and that they were going to Morocco, to Meknes, where he apparently came from”.
“The last time I spoke to my daughter on the telephone was a month ago. She told me she was in Syria,” said Liliane. She tried her mobile on several occasions but the calls went through to voice mail. She tried on Tuesday at 10.30pm, again without success.
...Police officers broke the news of their daughter... Her husband had suffered a less painful end, a single shot to the head fired by American soldiers in a separate incident on the same day.
...It was revealed on Friday that Pascal Cruypennick, also a white Belgian of European origin, had been arrested on suspicion of having sent suicide bombers to Iraq. He too had suffered a troubled childhood through the divorce of his parents and being beaten by his father. He later spent time in prison before finding work as a kitchen hand and marrying, then divorcing an African woman. Cruypennick converted to Islam three years ago...
