On 4 January 2010, Israel's National Security Advizer Uzi Arad visited India. (Israel NSA on hush-hush visit)

Meanwhile, some of the people in the Pakistan military are alert to the machinations of the CIA and its friends.
Reportedly, the CIA and its friends want India to fight China and China's ally Pakistan.
Are these guys Mossad or CIA?
On 9 January 2010, The Times of India had an article entitled: US-Pakistan bickering gets ugly as ISI fingers American diplomats
From this we learn:
1. The US ambassador to Pakistan, Ann paterson, has publicly complained about harassment of American diplomats by the Pakistani authorities.
Ambassador Patterson complained about the ''continued provocative actions and false allegations against US personnel.''
2. The blog Politico reported that "Pakistan's ISI steps up harassment of US Embassy."
3. Elements of the police and military have been detaining US vehicles and personnel, often accusing them of carrying weapons.
4. The Pakistani newspaper "Nation," alleged that a Wall Street Journal correspondent was a CIA agent. The journalist left the country.
5. Indian Army chief Deepak Kapoor reportedly said that India has to prepare for a nuclear war because of Pakistani provocation.
(India is growing closer to Israel: Israeli minister's visit to speed up trade agreement with India)
Reportedly, Kapoor sees the need to prepare for a two-front war against Pakistan and China.
6. Pakistan's president Asif Ali Zardari has now promised a 1000-year confrontation with India over Kashmir.
7. In January 2010, John Brennan, Obama's assistant for counterterrorism, said al-Qaida in Yemen, ''is an extension of the terror outfit's core coming out of Pakistan.''

The Pakistan Taliban (TTP or Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan) appear to have the support of the CIA.
Zahid Malik, in the Pakistan Observer, 16 December 2009, wrote (How the CIA Incapacitates Pakistan « Pak Alert Press):
"There are reports that TTP leaders are provided satellite phones operated by a Gulf based Western company and they have been talking freely to BBC and other media organizations without any fear of being detected and targeted by drones or missiles.
"Then there are also credible reports that a helicopter that flew from Afghanistan before Oct. 17, when operation Rah-e-Nejat in South Waziristan was launched, evacuated the top leadership of the TTP from Waziristan to Afghanistan.
"The Americans also vacated some of the crucial posts along the border with South Waziristan in an apparent bid to provide safe passage to the fleeing Pakistani Taliban.
"The terrorists arrested in Pakistan during the operation told their interrogators about their links with the US and Indian agencies.
"There is credible information that full logistic and auxiliary support is still being provided to anti-Pakistan Taliban from Nuristan Province and several top officials from Afghan and Indian intelligence networks were seen active in the area."

Meanwhile, what about China?
James Petras, at http://www.voltairenet.org/ , tells us about The US and China: One Side is Losing, the Other is Winning
James petras writes:
"China has created scores of millions of manufacturing jobs, reduced poverty faster and for more people in the shortest time span in history.
"Its banks mostly finance production...
"In contrast, US capitalism has been harnessed to a monstrous global military machine that drains the domestic economy and lowers the domestic standard of living in order to fund its never-ending foreign wars.
"Finance, real estate and commercial capital undermine the manufacturing sector, drawing profits from speculation and cheap imports.
"China invests in petroleum-rich countries; the US attacks them.
"China sells plates and bowls for Afghan wedding feasts; US drone aircraft bomb the celebrations.
"China invests in extractive industries, but, unlike European colonialists, it builds railroads, ports, airfields and provides easy credit.
"China does not finance and arm ethnic wars and ‘color rebellions’ like the US CIA.
"China self-finances its own growth, trade and transportation system; the US sinks under a multi-trillion dollar debt to finance its endless wars, bail out its Wall Street banks and prop up other non-productive sectors while many millions remain without jobs.
"China will grow and exercise power through the market; the US will engage in endless wars on its road to bankruptcy and internal decay.
"China’s diversified growth is linked to dynamic economic partners; US militarism has tied itself to narco-states, warlord regimes, the overseers of banana republics and the last and worst bona fide racist colonial regime, Israel."
