Do our spies plant explosives on innocent people?

On 2 January 2010, in Slovakia, Slovakian spies planted explosives on a man taking a Dublin flight

96g of RDX plastic explosives were planted on the 'unsuspecting' 49-year-old electrician by the Slovakian agents.

Allegedly, this was to test airport security.

The man was allowed to fly with the explosives.

The authorities in Dublin were only alerted to the situation several days later!

One might have thought that:

(1) a government agent could have been used as the explosives carrier, and

(2) the explosives could have been safely removed from the agent immediately it was known that the airport security in Slovakia had failed.

At Slovakia's Poprad-Tatry airport the passenger was allowed to board his 11:00 Danube Wings flight to Dublin where he has lived and worked for the last three years.

The man arrived in Dublin and returned to his flat, in Gardiner Street, Dublin, where he unpacked without discovering the explosives.

Some days later, the Slovakian authorities contacted Dublin to inform them of the incident.

The man's flat was raided by the Irish police.

A statement released by the Irish department of justice said: "It has since been established that this material was concealed without his knowledge or consent in the passenger's luggage as part of an airport security exercise by the authorities in Slovakia.

"The Slovakian minister for the interior has conveyed to justice minister Dermot Ahern his government's profound regret for this incident."

Fine Gael Senator, Paschal Donohoe, said: "This is the latest in a string of explosives discoveries in central Dublin which is extremely worrying in itself." (Irish government furious after Slovakian agents plant explosives on passenger )

In the United States, in November 1982, five men were acquitted of smuggling arms to the IRA after they revealed the CIA had approved the shipment.(Provisional_Irish_Republican_Army)

Allegedly it was the CIA which planted the explosives on PanAm 103.
