SAIFUL, BINYAM AND A NUMPTY

Saiful (pinkturtle2.wordpress.com/2008/07/30/3283/)

1. In Malaysia, the Anwar Ibrahim sodomy trial began on 3 February 2010, with Anwar's former aide Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan giving details of 'a sexual encounter'. (Saiful recounts sexual encounter at condo)

"Saiful said he handed some documents to Anwar, who was seated at the dinner table, and they then discussed work matters.

"After a while, Anwar asked him: 'Can I **** you today?'

"Saiful said he was 'angry and afraid' and rejected the invitation. He said Anwar then angrily asked him 'why?'

"Saiful said he repeated the words that he was not willing to do it.

"He said he was, however, instructed to go to the master bedroom.

"When Solicitor-General II Datuk Mohd Yusof Zainal Abiden asked Saiful who went first, he said he did.

"He said after that Anwar followed and drew the curtains in the room, before switching off the lights.

"'He instructed me to clean up in the washroom,' said Saiful, who did as instructed before reappearing in a towel.

"He said when he re-entered the room, he saw Anwar sitting on a corner of the bed.

"'Anwar was in a white towel. He instructed me to go to him. And then he hugged me while I was standing,' he said.

"At this point, defence counsel Karpal Singh applied for the rest of Saiful's testimony to be heard in camera."

Anwar

2. On 10 February 2010, Malaysian opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim's sodomy trial was suspended for a week, pending a decision whether the judge should step down because of defense claims that he is biased.

"The ruling on High Court Judge Mohamad Zabidin Diah's alleged bias will be made by the judge himself.

"He said he will announce on Feb. 18 whether he would exit the case if he feels he is biased against Anwar in the politically explosive case." (Malaysia: Anwar sodomy judge mulls stepping down )

Binyam Mohamed is a British resident.

3. On 21 July 2002, Binyam was rendered to Morocco on a CIA plane.

He was tortured by having his penis cut with a scalpel.

In 2004, Binyam was transferred to the CIA's secret ‘Dark Prison’ in Afghanistan.

Speaking of his time in the ‘Dark Prison’, Binyam said: "It was pitch black, no lights on in the rooms for most of the time.

"They hung me up for two days.

"My legs had swollen. My wrists and hands had gone numb.

"There was loud music, Slim Shady [by Eminem] and Dr. Dre for 20 days. Then they changed the sounds to horrible ghost laughter and Halloween sounds.

"At one point, I was chained to the rails for a fortnight.

"The CIA worked on people, including me, day and night.

"Plenty lost their minds. I could hear people knocking their heads against the walls and the doors, screaming their heads off."

Reportedly, the CIA and its friends pretended there was a plot to buy uranium in Asia, bring it to the US and build a 'dirty bomb'. (aangirfan: Binyam Mohamed tortured - to turn him into a patsy?)

David Neuberger

4. Lord Neuberger is Jewish.

David Neuberger once worked for N.M. Rothschild.

He is the second most senior judge in England and Wales

In the UK, he is the top man in the 'Civil Division of the Court of Appeal'

In a court case in the UK, Lord Neuberger decided "to delete damning references to MI5's 'culture' of suppressing evidence."

On 10 February 2010, The Guardian reports that an appeal judge watered down his ruling in the Binyam Mohamed torture case

According to The Guardian: "The government launched a successful last-minute bid to persuade the court of appeal to erase the most damning details of MI5's complicity in torture from its decision in the Binyam Mohamed case – but has been unable to suppress a letter that details some of the contents of the original draft ruling."

The letter shows "the judges originally ruled that MI5 officers had 'deliberately misled' the Intelligence and Security Committee, the body of MPs and peers supposed to oversee its work, on the question of coercive interrogations, and that this 'culture of suppression' reflected its dealings with the committee, the foreign secretary and the court."

The letter "makes clear that the court ruled MI5's culture of suppression 'penetrates the service to such a degree' that it undermines any government assurance based upon information that comes from MI5 itself."

Mohammed Atif Siddique

5. The Daily Record, on 10 February 2010, tells us about the Scot freed after his terror sentence was quashed.

Mohammed Atif Siddique, 24, was convicted of being a terrorist, but he has now been freed, after an appeal.

He insisted: "I'm hardly a terrorist. I'm more of a numpty!

"I admit to being a stupid loudmouth but I never planned to hurt, let alone kill anyone anywhere.

"I was nothing more than a daft boy.

"At the time, I was interested in what was happening in the Middle East, and I accessed a lot of information from the internet.

"The stuff I had in my possession was freely and easily available.

"It was said in court that I was a 'wannabe suicide bomber'. That shocked me to the core because I also said I'd met Osama bin Laden - and nobody seriously believed that unless he was hiding out in the Ochil Hills!

"If I was al-Qaeda, how come I stayed at home for seven days after the police arrested me? I used to go to the police station to ask for my laptop back.

"I could not understand why I had been prosecuted. I was naive, and I did not understand the consequences of downloading from the internet.

"I didn't realise that it was wrong - controversial, yes, but not illegal. It wasn't as if it was comparable to child pornography."

CIA CONTROL VIA FETHULLAH?

TERROR CONVICTION TO BE QUASHED? FAKED EVIDENCE?

"The incriminating videos found on the laptop all had creation dates LATER than the time the laptop was confiscated from the suspect!"

Is the reputation of Scottish justice in tatters?

In 2007, a Scottish court found Mohammed Atif Siddique, a student, guilty of (1) providing training material on bomb-making and (2) spreading terrorist propaganda on websites.

Classmate Fozia Begum testified that Siddique had claimed Osama bin Laden was his god, and he was a member of al-Qaeda.

Donald Findlay, Siddique's lawyer, later accused the witness of lying. (BBC NEWS Student 'wanted ...)

He said it would be "unthinkable" for a strict Muslim like Siddique to call anyone but Allah a god.

It might also be noted that most educated Moslems know that Osama worked for the CIA and that al Qaeda was invented by the CIA.

Siddique was jailed for 8 years.

Now, in 2010, Mohammed Atif Siddique's terror conviction is set to be quashed

Siddique, 24, is waiting to hear whether he will be released or will face a retrial.

The court in Edinburgh said it was "minded" to quash his conviction at a hearing in February 2010.

One of the appeal judges, Lord Osborne, said some directions given to the jury by the trial judge, Lord Carloway, when explaining the main Terrorist Act provisions faced by Siddique had been a "material misdirection".

"In our opinion [this] amounts to a miscarriage of justice," Osborne said.

Siddique

"After his arrest, Atif Siddique asked his lawyer 'to state that he is not a terrorist and he completely and utterly condemns the atrocities of 11 September and 7 July.'" - Indymedia Scotland: Imprisoned without trial in Scotland

"Eldest son Mohammed Jnr, 27, a law student, added: 'Atif is a 20-year- old boy and he's an inquisitive boy. He was curious to find out more about the war in Iraq.

"'I think he visited a few websites, maybe like the Al-Jeezera website, but there's nothing wrong with that. He is totally against terrorism.'" - The Sunday Mail - NEWS - HUMILIATED //aangirfan: Mohammed Atif Siddique

After the trial, Siddiques's lawyer, Aamer Anwar read a statement which said that Siddique, was merely doing "what millions of young people do every day, looking for answers on the internet". - Legal luminaries defend Aamer

Anwar stated that the "verdict was a tragedy for justice and for freedom of speech", and added: "Young Muslims live in a climate of fear no different to that experienced by the Irish community in the last century."

Anwar said that Siddique "did not receive a fair trial".

Lord Carloway, the Siddique trial judge, told Anwar that he faced a contempt of court charge.

Anwar was put on trial for contempt of court.

In July 2008 he was acquitted.

Imran Khan, the London solicitor who acted for the family of Stephen Lawrence, said about the Anwar case: "There should be no attempt to silence lawyers. If lawyers can't speak out then one of the bedrocks of justice - the right to highlight a miscarriage of justice - just goes."

Michael Mansfield, one of the top five QCs in England, said: "We need independent strong lawyers who will speak out."

According to the BBC (Terror accused 'had Osama video' ) computer expert Michael Dickson gave evidence about Siddique's laptop computer.

According to http://www.whatreallyhappened.com/:

"The reason Dickson was upset has been erased from this version of the story, but his testimony pointed out that the incriminating videos found on the laptop all had creation dates LATER than the time the laptop was confiscated from the suspect!

"He told the court: 'An initial examination of this system revealed it was last activated between approximately 2219 BST and 2330 BST on 5 April 2006.

"This immediately struck us as being unusual as we were informed that the computer had been seized from the accused's possession at about 2000 BST the same date.'

"Mr Dickson said further examination revealed that the times and dates associated with more than 200 files on the system had been updated between these times."

Are the Scottish police capable of faking evidence?

Consider Lockerbie : Police chief- Lockerbie evidence was faked .

What are we to make of Scottish judges? (aangirfan: Lockerbie - who were the key players in the trial?)

Lord Fraser was the lord advocate (1989-92) who initiated the case against Megrahi (the Libyan convicted in the Lockerbie trial).

On 20 December 2006 Lord Fraser was detained by police after they were called to Dundee Airport following reports of a disturbance on board an aircraft.

Lord Fraser was charged with disorderly conduct.

It was announced on 2 February 2007 that the Crown Office had dropped these charges due to insufficient evidence that an offence had been committed.

Lord Hardie, as Lord Advocate 1997-2000, was due to lead the prosecution team in the Lockerbie trial.

Lord Hardie resigned just before the Lockerbie trial began.

There were rumours that there was a lack of evidence to convict the Libyans.

Dr Hans Kochler, the United Nations observer appointed to oversee the Lockerbie trial, said the Lockerbie trial was "not fair and was not conducted in an objective manner". ( UN Lockerbie trial observer urges independent inquiry into the case )

The Scottish Criminal Cases Review Commission (SCCRC) examined the Lockerbie case.

Kochler said about the SCCRC: "In giving exoneration to the police, prosecutors, and forensic staff, I think they show their lack of independence. No officials to be blamed, simply a Maltese shopkeeper. They also exonerate the original trial and appeal defence team and this also surprises me. I have doubts that the Scottish judicial system has learned anything from the Lockerbie trial." Http://www.theherald.co.uk/news/other/display.var.1506988.0.0.php

Tam Dalyell, former MP, said: "SO WHERE does the report of the Scottish Criminal Cases Review Commission leave the reputation of Scottish justice? As the son-in-law of former Lord Justice Clerk, John Wheatley, and as one who helped to persuade Libya to surrender Al-Amin Khalifa Fhimah and Abdelbaset Ali Mohmed al-Megrahi to the Scottish legal process it pains me to say: 'In proverbial tatters.'..." MOSSAD BUSY IN MALAYSIA?

Malaysia (June 24, 2009) Rear Adm. Nora W. Tyson, Commander, Logistics Group Western Pacific, greets boys at Seberan Tayor Primary School.

In 2007, the Malaysian government decided to ban non-Muslims from using the word 'Allah' in their literature.

At the end of 2009, a High Court judge ruled that Christians 'have a constitutional right to use Allah''.

The word 'Allah' is the word used by Christians in Malta, Indonesia, Malaysia and elsewhere to describe God.

Malaysia's main ruling party, and the main opposition party, are competing for the Malay-Muslim vote.

At the same time, the ruling party, and the opposition, do not want to lose the support of the non-Muslims.

The Census in 2000 showed that 60.4% of the total population of Malaysia are Muslims.[1]

But many Malaysian Moslems are infrequent visitors to mosques and very few vote for Moslem parties.

On 8 January 2010, it was reported that four Christian churches in Malaysia have been attacked.

A witness saw four people on two motorcycles breaking the glass front of a church and throwing an incendiary object inside before fleeing. (Malaysian churches attacked)

Malaysia's former prime minister, Dr. Mahathir Mohamad, said that Jews rule the world by "proxy" (Mahathir attack on Jews - Oct. 16, 2003 )

Are Mossad, and the CIA, trying a policy of divide and rule?

Malaysia is a moderate, mainly secular country with a relatively successful economy.

In elections, the Islamic parties usually perform badly and a secular party, the National Front, wins most of the votes.

Malaysia has criticised the war policies of the Pentagon and Israel.

The Pentagon and Israel do not favour moderate, secular Moslem countries because they do not obey the dictates of the Pentagon and Israel.

The Pentagon and Israel prefer countries like Saudi Arabia which are easy to control.

Are Mossad and the CIA trying to wreck Malaysia?

Mossad and the CIA would appear to have a presence in Malaysia.

1. The Malaysian Police (PDRM) have been computerising their operations, with the help of Israelis.

A firm called Asiasoft is involved. (Israel behind information management and security system )

The directors of Asiasoft Global Pte Ltd are a Singaporean, an Israeli called Izhak David Nakar and an Israeli called Ido Schechter.

The shareholders are the Singaporean and an Israeli company called Top Image System Limited.

Nakar is a recipient of the “Israel Defense Award,”

Malaysian opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim and his friend former U.S. Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen.

2. In 2000, Malaysian politician Lim Kit Siang called on Prime Minister Mahathir to declare the outcome of three years of police investigations as to whether opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim is a CIA agent and to state whether the United States is the country he meant in a Merdeka Day message as the country out to 'recolonize' Malaysia. (Sodomy, Anwar, CIA)

3. In the year 2000, a high level planning meeting of 'Al Qaeda' took place in an apartment building in Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia. (Cached )

The Malaysian secret police, working on behalf of the CIA, placed the meeting under surveillance.

4. History Commons (Complete 911 Timeline: Hambali) tells us about the Indonesian known as Hambali, who was said to be in charge of Southeast Asian operations for Osama bin Laden and the CIA.

Hambali is believed to have worked for the CIA in Afghanistan.

From 1991 to 2000 Hambali lived in the village of Sungei Manggis, close to Kuala Lumpur, in Malaysia.Hambali’s landlord said of Hambali’s visitors, “Some looked ... white.”

5. After the 2008 Mumbai attacks, former CNN reporter, Maria Ressa, quoted unnamed Indian intelligence sources as saying that one of the gunmen had said that the terrorists carried Malaysian identity cards. (Cached )

6. The Youth Chief of Malaysia's opposition party, PAS, claimed in 2004 that 'the bombings in Bali and Jakarta were perpetrated by the CIA to discredit Muslims and that captured JI and al-Qaeda leader Hambali was also on the CIA payroll.

After all, the PAS youth leader observed, "These kind of sophisticated bombs could only be bought by the U.S."' (http://www.csis.org/pacfor/cc/0404Qus_asean.html)

7. Malaysia's former leader Mr Mahathir told a human rights' conference on 9 September 2005 that the UK and US were "state terrorists". (http://www.guardian.co.uk/international/story/0,3604,1566648,00.html)
